On 11th july 16 i have ordered (Order id: #2654) a mobile on below mentioned website and i have received payment confirmation of rs.8999/- from homeshopzone. They have promised to deliver the product by 15th july 16. But i have received a mail from them on 13th july 2016 saying rs.5500/- has been refunded to my account due to some technical error and provided some reference number. I got the refund after 4 working days. Then i got a call from homeshopzone asking for apologies in delay and suggested that they will provide their md's savings a/c to me for transferring refunded amount so that they can speed up the process of delivery. Upon getting the email confirmation i have transferred rs.5, 500/- to the given account which is sbi account in bihar. I got a doubt and asked them your business is in gaziabad why is that your md's account is shivapuri, patna, bihar. Then they replied that their md is from bihar. During these all days they were responding well. Once after transferring the refunded amount i have waited for 2 days then tried to call them for asking about my mobile order... That time forward all given phone numbers coming switched off. No response to email. Please help me to get back my amount or ordered mobile.
