I palkesh, resident of vadodara, gujarat, made a purchase for an Intex Cloud Fame (8GB) -Mobile through an online e-commerce website namely homeshopzone on June 29, 2016 vide order no - #2503 for which i paid through Rs. 2, 999.25 was spent to HDFC credit card on 29-June-2016 at homeshopzone e billing solutions (Ebs) pvt ltd (Merchant payment gateway), . As soon as the order was placed i recived an e-mail which confirmed sucessful placement of my order and the billing address. But till date, i have not received the product or any feedback from the online sailer. Your order has been received and is now being processed.
