Honda 2 Wheelers India — After taking money not giving services | |||
I just want to say that, if you and your dealer not able to do what they committed at the time of bike purchase then request you to please stop to sell your bike and also stop to make us fool. On dated 03.02.16 I purchased the Honda Hornet bike at that time the seat cover was not given to me because that item was not available at that time, the manager told me that the seat cover will be given to you after 3 to 4 days, after asking them then they told me after 1 week, after one week on dated 23.02.16, when I called, they told me that the seat cover is available you can collect it after reaching showroom when I told to give my seat cover, then they are saying the seat cover is still not available, and that time the manager told me, after 2 or 3 days the item will reached and I will delivered to you, But On dated 04.03.16 I called them 1st they are not picking the phone after picking the phone when I told them and asking about this they cut the call, again calling them they are saying to call service centre We are not responsible for this and cut the phone again. On same date I registered the complain 1_[protected]. but still not solved my problem till now. These all things shows that your all team not caring the costumers. Only making fool, We have not enough time to spend around you for service after paying money, This is last thing I am doing, after that I will go court and also blame time and money which is spend for this.
