Honda 2 Wheelers India — Cheating and Fraud by V.J .Honda authorised service centre of Honda 2 Wheelers India

I have purchased an Honda Activa 5g from V.J.Honda which is an authorized dealer and service center of Honda 2 wheelers in Dombivli on 06/05/2019, After purchasing the vehicle when we visited for the mandatory free services to the service center, they convinced me to purchase an AMC, Extended Warranty and other offers and asked me to pay an exorbitant amount, since I wanted the vehicle to be in good condition I paid for the same and have copies of the same. As per them the contract for AMC and Free Washes and Polishes and what not was supposed to start after the Free Services, I have done the same regularly, Post that due to Lockdown the service center was closed in the period due to government regulations, Later post ease down on the lock down, I called V.J. Honda Dombivli multiple times, but they said that they have not started operations yet and the services and my AMC and other packages will be extended later, Also I have been informed that the said packages are applicable to that service center only and cannot be used in any other service center, for which i was shocked as how can such a big organization allow such type of fraudulent dealers to run a parallel scheme which is not a part of the Company, Still I assumed that they would provide service later.
I had recently visited V.J. Honda Dombivli service center on 5th October 2021 and requested them to check the vehicle and do the necessary repairs, the lady at the reception coldly told me that no AMC would be entertained and I will have to pay the charges or I can go elsewhere in a rude manner, Later I requested to speak with the Service Centre in charge and was introduced to a lady by the name of MS Rakhi, who said that the AMC was expired and have to pay full, when i explained her the situation of the lockdown, she has made a clear statement that since the inception of Covid lockdown and strict regulations by the Central, State and Municipal Authorities, the service center V.J. Honda Dombivli was only closed for a period of 1 month and has been operational ever since. Still when i persisted she said that she will provide only 1 service under AMC and rest all facilities are not applicable and asked me to wait. Post waiting for a long duration, one service advisor by the name of Gaurav came and checked the vehicle and asked the issues, since the vehicle was not used for a long time, there was problem about the vehicle shutting down in between the rides without any problem, to which we assumed that the battery would be drained and causing the issues, also the oil and other changes along with cleaning as promised by them to be done. I was ready to pay the amount which he asked for and he asked us to keep the vehicle at the service center for the day and would inform me later, In the evening In the evening i got a call from Mr.Gaurav and he told me that the Fork and Consent( I am not aware about the meaning or spelling exactly) are totally damaged and have to be replaced and the cost of 4000 rupees has to be borne by me, I asked him how it happens to which he replied that it is majorly due to an accident or damage, but since there is not a single scratch on the vehicle, the issue of damage was not understandable to me, he warned that if we don’t change the same, accidents are bound to happen and it would be risky to drive the vehicle, apart from that the Rubber button on the top of the meter glass was also worn out, hence i asked him to replace the same, to which he replied that Honda does not manufacture buttons individually and i have to change the entire meter which would cost me another 4000 additionally.
I refused to pay the amounts and asked him to resolve the primary issues of vehicle not starting or ignition switching off during the ride, to which he said ok, immediately next day morning he again called and said to replace the parts, so when i told him that since there is no issue in the vehicle and is working fine, so apart from the necessary oil change and other consumable changes i don’t want any other part to be touched.
Immediately after one hour I got a call from V.J. Honda Dombivli saying that my vehicle has been serviced and I have to reach immediately and collect the same after paying the amount.
I found the incidence to be fishy and reached V.J. Honda Dombivli immediately to collect the vehicle, Wherein I was asked to pay the amount first and then all questions would be answered, Post paying I asked for the vehicle, the person in charge of the delivery was clueless about the vehicle, later they found the same in workshop and gave me the delivery, The vehicle was in total mess and not even washed, I clicked the picture and asked the person delivering the vehicle to accompany me for a test drive, he reluctantly agreed and to my utter surprise, the vehicle started swaying very badly to the left side and was vibrating while driving, later after 800 meters it stopped again and the engine was off and we couldn’t start, hence we later kick started the vehicle and came back to the service center and wished to meet the senior person MS Rakhi for a complaint, she was busy and asked me to wait, while waiting I walked to the Parts manager and asked him about the Rubber button on the glass top of meter, to which he said that the button is not sold individually but the glass can be changed with the button new and would cost only 160 rupees, which was a shocking revelation as the nature of fraud committed against me was of immense seriousness, I then realized that they have replaced my new Fork and other parts for a faulty and accidental ones and wanted to extort money from me, since the vehicle has hardly run for 2000 kms and there is not a single scratch or dent on the body of the vehicle nor there was any accident. Later when I insisted on meeting Ms. Rakhi of V.J. Honda Dombivli, she met me with 3-4 men from her workshop and said that the part was available and the service advisor does not have knowledge about the availability of the glass and she will have to check with Mr.Gaurav to access the same, I requested her to please check immediately, to which she started shouting and abusing me calling a liar in a very high pitched voice in front of her staff and customers, Since I have my dignity and didn’t want to speak loudly with her, I requested her to speak calmly, to which she grossly shouted again and asked me to leave the premises and complaint to whomsoever i want, She said that the washing had been done and dust and grease settles on the vehicle in 5 minutes.
I have never been embarrassed and insulted by anyone so much even after paying, She again started shouting when I wrote that work incomplete and no repair done on the receipt of payments.
I have the taken the vehicle to my residence by pushing till the main road and then lifting and carrying the same till me residence, Since 7th morning I have been trying to call the customer service and the designated authorities at V.J. Honda Dombivli, but they refuse to entertain my calls and have damaged my newly purchased vehicle by replacing a damaged fork with my new causing the vehicle to be in unsafe conditions intentionally since i refused the repairs.

I have been duped and harassed mentally by Ms. Rakhi and V.J. Honda Dombivli intentionally and they are taking the advantage of customers who are loyal to the brand of Honda.
Request your intervention to ensure that I am being given justice and V.J. Honda Dombivli being punished and penalized.
