Honda 2 Wheelers India — Didn't get RC book and smart card even after 1 year from purchasing bike

I purchased Unicorn from Sterling Honda dealer on Dec 2014 from Pimpari showroom. It's one year passed now and still I didn't get RC book and smart card of the bike. Because of that I'm unable to renew my bike insurance. Also because I'm not living in Chinchwad now, I can't visit personally in the show room, and contact nos of the show room don't work. Please provide me RC book and Smart card asap or I have to go to consumer court.
