Last two months complaint about about rear tyre air leakage issue but after they have taken my REAR tyre of honda (Plase check complaint number for details) to replace but not replacing it. I am frustrated calling 20 times to customer care . But no update from them except 60 % of tyre used .

Two years back Tansi honda told me REAR tyre to replace as 25/26 thousand km already run. They put a faulty tyre . After that i complaint air leakage is there and air stay about a week in tyre . every 3 month will check and they will replace pin or nozzle or will tell "sir this is fine" but not resolved . once again after lock down when its extreme like air will full gone within 3 to 4 day then . Mr chetan from Tansi honda told Faulty Rim to replace on 26 april 2021 with Rs 850 . I told them why they convince me Rim has been damaged by service center guy .

anyway still issue not resolved so I complaint to customer care and found a faulty tyre given to me .And now they told me its 60% used . Why you didnt replace and gave me faulty tyre ?

Now tyre taken by service center but not giving me it back good one last 2 months .

I have menially and monetary lost because of service center last two years starting from the day1 when gave me new tyre after two years telling me you will be charged ? what about every service charged, The rim charged . The money lost due to puncture shop ... etc? Please check the complaint number 1 -[protected]

Dear Team,

As per my complaint mention in subject number and raised through my mobile no as [protected],
Your response or solutions towards my complaint was zero rate. I was waiting for your reply since one and half month and I am the person who calling but there was no update from your side.
My Activa two-wheeler which faulty tyre has been taken by and after the complaint didn't returned to me yet.

My vehicle details are as follows
Vehicle no : KA53ED0440
Engine number : JF50ET0046054
Regular and only service done till now after purchasing : Tansi honda, Bengaluru.

Issue raised for the complaint : I am a very regular service of my Activa and only in honda service center.
As per service center suggested to change the rear tyre and I changed it in 12 March 2019. The day I changed I saw there was issue where after some days the tyre pressure full empty mostly within two weeks. Empty like puncture when I complaint this in next service after six month i. e. 26 sep 2019 they assured this was normal and goes on like this. But within three months I found it worst and every two weeks it will be like you got up and your vehicle full flat and I have to suffer 9 months like anything . Then again gone to service center but they just check and told boss we corrected it with regular service. But same happened tyre pressure was low after two days again I gone two days on 28th sep 2019 but they again checked and told we corrected and changed my cable also. next three months also was like that I suffered every two weeks to fill pressure to tyre when it full flat we don't know when it will be flat I gone agin for service next 3 month I was angry but these guys makes me full this time by not telling the faulty tyre butchanging something every service kept my vehicle 2 - 3 days and give on 31st Dec 2019.
And told me everything is fine. But the same story continued. And I feel like I am suffered a lot like money lost for every services and suffering due to evey morning tyre flat and search for nearby pressure shop. Due to lock down and COVID 19, I could not make next couple months and it was now tyre like now every one week tyre become flat. Even i tried to reach them without any service but every time they will do pin change or tyre nozzle change like this. So I decided to give pressure every week while filing petrol . And it goes on upto when the rear tyre started got flat within one week but after second lock down over on April 2021 I told them to take the tyre . They checked and told me this is rim's fault so please change it on dated 26th April 2021. And take nearly amount 845 for this . I told if rim bent and is been it's due to this then it's service center fault they told me service center old people changed.
But the same story continued again .So this time I complaint to customer care on dated 19th June 2021 and for that they took my tyre on 21st June 2021 and finally after a year told me that this is tyre fault and agreed to replace the tyre with no cost. But after complaint also they took tyre for full replacement but nobody is contacting me again .

I am sending now mail as I will move next step . You people made suffered a lot last two years and continued. For this only one tyre I have lost a lot money by doing service again and again by changing parts again and again. By searching and giving tyre pressure to prevent tyre flat.
The sad part is that even I complaint and I called every time but there was no update or call or response from your side .

I have suffering by replacing FAULTY TYRE last two years and now they are telling its 60% used .

5 Years On .. And to the Deaf ear of Honda not listening . May be you are not worried . Just sale and get service done for simply issues
