Honda 2 Wheelers India — Honda unicorn - cheated by tansi honda, hoodi service station | |
This is related to the high dissatisfaction on the service rendered by your honda dealer by not having skilled labour and wasting my money in changing parts of my vehicle. I have a honda unicorn of vehicle number tn-05-aq-2288 given to service on 22nd feb 2016, for which the service station tansi honda, hoodi had charged me of rs.15600/ (Invoice number scrinv- ka[protected] for changing spares of my engine in the vehicle. After servicing i found self motor was not working and i was hearing abnormal noise while driving in 3rd gear. Service advisor asked me to come on the next day for looking on to the same and said it would be ok if i drive it for some couple of km. The next day i had been informed that there is a problem in self motor and i have to change it for rs.3500, for your information my self-motor was working absolutely fine and had no issue in the gear box. I was fed up taking my vehicle repeatedly (8 times from 22/02/16) to the tansi service center, hoodi . There is no response and i would rate 0 customer service to tansi honda, hoodi. When i got my vehicle to jsp honda chennai and asked them to attend the issue, i was shocked to hear from them that i need to spend another rs24, 000 for the service and replacement of same parts. I was satisfied using your vehicle but i am totally fed up servicing your honda brand vehicle. Request your immediate and serious attention on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |
