Honda 2 Wheelers India — Man handling customer by the mechanic and the service manager

Just with the mouth word of recommendation went to kun honda service center and later i found which is absolutely not true.
I am writing in this compliant letter to share my worst incident happened to me in my life at kun honda service adayar services center chennai on date 19/05/2016 between 11:15 am to 12:15 noon.
Before start writing this i have also read all the complaints of the writer in the many blog in the internet who had suffered the same situation as improper and worst service delivery which i got, but adding to it myself and my father (60 years old) was man handled and abused by the services manger, crm, along with the mechanics who behaved like gundas.
While writing this, still i have the pain on my left arm and sprain in my neck due to their man handling and also a mental stress.
The incident started with discussion about the unsatisfactory work and billing done by them for their works carried out on vehical honda shine, which lead to the man handling me and my father with the group of labourer working their with guidance of the service manger.
They didn’t properly attend the services complaints which i made on my bike rather it looks more worst after the service, furthermore they had broken my bike front doom and spoiled, made useless, the good working condition self-start where it was not at all had a issue when i gave the service for the bike.
When i asked about this, they were screeming against me stating that those issues where already there when i gave the bike for service which is not at all true.
Adding to it senior mechanic mr. Vijay to whom i spoke in morning on the same day to confirm about the vehicle delivery and also enquired about the front brake adjustment, he said it has been done when i check that during the delivery there was no adjustment made it was in same state as how it was earlier nothing was done and billing charges were claimed. When i question him about front brake issue which was not fixed, he very carless denied that he did talk about the front brake, he just spoke about the rear brake and i proved him from my side, by playing back the conversation which we had in the morning with the help of recorder in my phone, and in turn he started abusing me verbally for using voice recorder in my phone..
Repeatedly, i was asking service manger and crm to know who is the next level of escalation but they didn’t reply to me rather they were, responding careless, abused me and screaming against me inside customer longue. I left the customer longue same way screaming back to them, suddenly i was mobbed by the laborers around approximately 10 numbers surrounded me and my father a push, pull happened among us, started hitting me and my father by raising their hands.
To the fact these laborers not even know what happened inside the customer longue but just heard a loud voice created by the service manger and for the sake of support his service manager and to have a good reputation from him, they have started hitting me and my father, nearly 10 guys were surrounded by me.

Here i want to ask the mechanics : if you wish to get a appreciation from your manger, please show your skill and put your effort in your work rather than man handling the customer, which is sure leads you to the bad path in your life.
“what i have learnt from the internet blogs and on my own experience, the mechanic laborers who are working in service center are just replacing the spares rather investigating and troubleshooting the issue which is making them easy life going, but i also agree there at are good mechanics who are very rare to see them.”
Let me continue with the incident happened
A couple of kind hearted people who work along with the gundas saved us, i have again asked the question of injustice made to me, once again they started hitting me instead of answering to my question.
Later when we were thrown out of the service center, a good samaritan whom i meet him on the road suggested me to meet the md of kun honda who will be available in the next building (Dev building).
We went there and met mr. Ganeasan who is the managing director of kun honda, we narrated the injustice incident happened to us. He spoke to someone over the phone, order to expel the mechanic and the service manager who man handled us and he also asked the apologies from us.
The action of expelling the service manger and mechanics was done truly or not which is not sure, but still god only knows it, how far it is true and it is not just for the sake of convincing us.
I have also made a complaint to the mr. Ganesan md. Of kun honda that they have broken the front doom and requested him to fix the issue, the crm. Mr. Hari babu was there by the side and accepted the verbal order from his md to fix the issue
After an hour of waiting mr. Haribabu came and said that the doom issue has been fixed. No one would have responded such gratefully to his md word. Please refer the attachment photo which shows how he fix the issue. Don’t forget to see the attachment.
We felt very sad about the m. D. Situation here and left the place as we also understood that no improvement is going to happen in further in my case, so we didn’t go back to the m. D. Again to show the response made by the crm haribabu for his words
(The understanding here the employee mr. Hari babu &, gave such a bad response to his m. D.’s word who is paying the salary for them, why it is will not happen for us).
We took our bike to local mechanic who fixed all my complaint by the evening on the same day itself which was failed, not able to do by the people who label themselves as an authorized service center.
This sort of attitude shows tarnishing the image of the honda company.
I have attached the bill copy and also the photo snap shot of the way they fix the doom which they broke during the service.
