Honda 2 Wheelers India — Overcharged and not fully repaired | |
I have purchased activa 6g form your authorised dealer Decent honda Mandi Dabwali on 27Jan2021 in the name of Ajay Kumar . After one month I used only 20 Km, then they asked for the first free service, then I did it. After 6 months I used only 800 km then pressuring for 2 nd services if you can not do it they asked for rendering the guarantee of product. During these 6 months mileage given by this is only 25 to 30 km per liter.I visited the service center of Decent honda and asked for a waiting of 2 hours. So I left my vehicle for service and told them about problems that I was facing in this period i.e seat cover, mileage and tightening nut bolts. Seat cover of my activa that was provided by you on the time of purchasing was torned in just 6 months. After 2 hours I returned for delivery of my vehicle but they asked for 30 minutes. There were no proper seating arrangements for customers and drinking facilities in summer as per company guidelines. On the delivery they charged me Rs 10 for 1 bolt and asked me for repair of seat cover from the market and we have no arrangements for repair this. How can a company overcharge 10 rs from mrp for only bolts that are honda manufacturing nut bolts if they manufacture please give me a rate list of the nut bolts.I request to you please repair my seat cover and resolve my mileage problem that was assured by you i.e 45 km/liter as the earliest.
