Honda 2 Wheelers India — Service issue | |||||
I would like to inform you that I have given my Honda Activa-i (UK14 9359) for last free servicing at your authorised Honda Service Centre namely Ess Ell Honda, Balliwala Chowk, Dehradun on 21.12.2015. After checking everything, they have mentioned that you may take delivery of your vehicle on next day i.e. on 22.12.2015. When I reached to take delivery of my vehicle, after payment of requisite amount, they have delivered me. When I have taken my vehicle and come out of service centre, I found that front mud guard was broken and even handle was not smooth. Immediately I have again visited service centre to ask about broken part and other problem. They immediately denied and tried to show me service paper which was already in their custody only so they could do anything with this . Secondly, they were so harsh towards me despite of being a lady customer. I was also made compliant with Mr. Vijay Kumar who is floor supervisor but he was also ignorant and used harsh words and not accepted their fault. I have also asked to them to give me in writing that they do not have their fault but he denied. I request you to kindly look into the matter and please check the CCTV footage of service centre to know their ignorance and fault. I further request you to please instruct the service centre to contact me and apologise me and replace the broken part at their own cost and repair it completely otherwise I have to take legal course of action against them.
