Honda 2 Wheelers India — Service Issues | |||
I have a bike SP 125( WB38 AX 1583) purchase in June . For 2nd service ( free) of bike my experience is very worst. I am reach in Honda service Centre( Janee Honda Asansol West Bengal) at 10.45 am on 07/11/2021, service supervisor take my bike for service at 11.30 am. Then I am return in my house and I am call to the service centre what time get my bike, the man say tomorrow means 8/11/2021, but on Monday ( 08/110/2021) when I call to the service manager at 11.25 am he said I report to you just 10 mints. After 20 mints again I call, he said service supervisor call you, then after 25 mints I call he number waiting, then at 1.00 pm I am reached at service point till time my bike was not ready . I call to the complaint no and told whole matters she said look the matter but as it is stand by, at last after 26 hrs I got my bike without polis with unsatisfied . After receiving my bike some technical problem happened This is my terrible experience. Is this incident right?
