Very poor customer service! I bought a bike from this showroom for about 1lakh but they are very irresponsible after sale. The promised attachments & accessories are not given. They didn't even bring bike documents to rto office for registration & they said they forgot it & made us to go & get it from the office. No reduction in cost. Very worst experience with "thillai amman honda showroom". Everytime i go there it's a horrible experience because of staff behaviour & attitude. They treat people as if they are standing in some ration shop queue. Please find a better honda showroom or purchase in cities where customer handling is good. Was this information helpful? | |||||
