I have purchased honda city 4th generation in February 2020 Since the day one of the car purchase I have been facing issues with the avn display unit, warranty of the car, the warranty of the car should start from the day of purchase, but for my car, it's been started early 2019 I have reported the issue with the dealership and customer care, The dealership clearly said we will get the replacement of avn unit display with free of cost because its the fault from the company and many times I have taken the car to the dealership for observations and inspection asked by the dealership and customer care regarding the avn unit display issue nearly 10 times in 2 years every time when I ask them when I will get the replacement they used to say wait for few more days because they haven't got any update from the company and due to covid-19 its been delayed and when I repeatedly took my car to the dealership to resolve it they ask me to bring the car for observation while I bring to the service. each observation took 2-3 days at least. The dealership has assured us of a free replacement of digipad 2.0, they clearly said its the problem from the company so we will get the replacement, since the old version unit has stopped manufacturing so they will replace it with new digipad 2.0, due to covid surge they asked us some time to resolve it, we have given more than 2 years of time to resolve it, now suddenly they were asking us to pay 20% for the replacement, and even customer care has assured the same.

The conversation is never coming to an end they keep on repeating the same words and steps of the process.
I need the resolution for the avn unit and the warranty of my car.
I do have many proofs in video format of avn unit, tried to upload them here but there is some problem in uploading it, maybe the size is not accepted.
