Honda Cars India Ltd. — About customer service | |||
It is been more than 5 days, but still my insurance claim is not process.(solitaire Honda ANDHERI) And no one is answerable for same. People are just not bother to call, receive call, call back and inform about the status. I am practically following up with team daily but no Team leader / manager want to attend my call, your operator always say manager is not in cabin and TL is busy can't talk now. Very poor customer service. Honda has very good cars, but If this kind of service I will never recommend this brand to anyone. This is my first service experience with Honda and it is pathetic. You people need to understand customers need and act accordingly. I strongly believe at krish cars you just want to sale the car and you are not concern about post that. I just hope I will get my car back post work without further damage post my feedback. I will make sure that I will never use your service center in future.
