I am having Honda AMAZE . The RC no- UP16AS-9947. The car took an accident on 12th July-18. I had requested the Service center " Infinity Honda- Sector-34, Gurgaon" for pick up of the car for repair which is under Zero Dep Insurance. The car was piked up at 11 am on the same day, but till now I have received no update from the Service Center side. Once I called yesterday, I was informed that the system is not working since last 2 days, thus, it can not be logged in. Due to which even the survey work in not completed.
Though at the time of sending the car I requested that, please try to repair early as it will be difficult for me go to office daily by Taxi, but no action was taken on my request.
This kind of pathetic situation I had never seen as I am also working in automobile industry.
