Hello sir. My name is dr. Dhiraj sasan and i m driving a city honda. My real brother bought a new city honda for himself from courtesy honda, chandigarh. And he was assured buddy loyalty points for another family member who has another city honda car (He gave my name, provided my e mail address and phone number) as asked for. The dealing person name was sandeep. He never asked for any further documents etc regarding the same. My brother had bought his car in mid december 2016. Now i was entitled to 5000 buddy locality points as informed verbally. These girls would keep on calling for me to get service done for my car but i surely wanted to avail the buddy loyslity points. These girls are so dumb and have no clue about buddy loyality points. Ever since jan 2017 i have been telephonically conversing with them. With no productive information from their side. On june 8 2017 i get a call that my car is due for service etc. To which i asjked about my buddy loyality points, to which a girl named palavi politely says, my points would expire soon. I was shocked. I rushed to the courtesy honda showroom and expressed my grievance personally to the general manage. He assured definite action. And i also wrote a hand written complaint. Why should i suffer because of negligence on any staff"s part. I came to know that the guy who had assured buddy loyality points to my brother dr arvindpal singh sasan was also to ask for rc of my car which he never did, neither did any of the staff. It's been almost 15 days and i haven't heard anything from the general manager, chandigarh. I request that please look into the matter seriously and take appropriate action.
