Dear sir/mam, I have a honda amaze car, i bought a extended warranty for 2 years at the time of bought my car. After one year my car lock was not working properly i did complaint to my car dealer courtesy honda they refused to change lock excuses with lock part not covered in extended warranty. This complaint i did dated on 15/10/2014 with miss vandana & preeti (Service executive) they told me you can use your another key, i did same. After long time i facing same problem i again complaint to the same but they refused to change lock in under extended warranty. Agasinst this i already complaint to honda custome care number my communication id is 1-[protected]. Now my car locked i trying to many times to open the lock but lock is not open, i humbly request you please cooperate with me. I use honda product so i faith on honda car not to honda care dealers.
