I would like to complain regarding the repair to my new honda b-rv. After minor damage to a side panel, the car has been with the honda dealer in adichira kottayam. The car has been with them since june 29th and i have not had an adequate explanation for the delay to the repair. I am extremely disappointed with honda's customer service and wanted to highlight this.
