19th june 2017 i visited crystal honda wagholi pune to put my car for claim, i was told the claim cannot be raised unless the total documents are submitted. I had moved my car from baroda and hence endorsement from old dealer was necessary hence i left my car and told the advisor i ll mail the required documents and then she can raise the claim, post evening i got to know their was some name mismatch in policy and my new rc which occurred due to rto error hence endorsement was not possible, hence i called the advisory and told i would take the car back the next day. Next day i kept calling the advisor to tell ill come and pick the car but there was no response, finally this lady picked the call and i told her not to process the claim due to rc error but i get to see claim registered by then. When i went to show room i was told i cannot withdraw the claim till the survey gets over. I tried explain i never asked to raise the claim since documents were not sufficient and don't understand with whose permission the claim was raised, to my surprise insurance guys told me even if i withdraw the claim i cannot claim for same damage. Finally i requested for withdrwal, paid 1500 inr as cost against estimated claim cost to crystal honda and got the car.
I see pure case of money making by dealer, in this case dealer tried to put push the case in the urge of making money without guiding me on the process and raising despite of asking her not to raise it... I would never recommend crystal honda to any of my friends and collegues Was this information helpful? |
