Honda Cars India Ltd. — customer misguidance and revengal act from service head | |||
08/09/2017 Earlier honda was known for it's better quality parts and good servicing it was giving to it's costumers. I defied few of my friends advice (Who were asking me to go for other brands) and bought honda city vmt 2017, and finally realising the fault of not listening to them. From my first servicing i got your real face and got to know your fake warranty claims. Last week my car's steering mount controls completely stopped and i faced lot of problems in city without horn. I visited the servicing center (Highway honda) and checked it. Later they found a innovative and a unique answer to cover their manufacturing defect that the sacred knot under the steering wheel has cut the cable connecting its steering. That ridiculous was never expected. Each and every vehicle is 1st done a puja and a sacred thread is tied under it's steering wheel respecting the belief. I'm very much sure that the thread is tied appropriately without affecting the steering controls. But the service manager bullied me that this was the only reason and his expressions were really worsening and rude. I never experienced such after sales behaviour to costumers. And i feel shame for being a costumer to honda cars. I will not stop here and will definitely get my rights. I'm going to consumer court next week and let the court know how after sales loot is wide spread across your servicing centres. I'll go to print and electronics media and will definitely highlight your after sales behaviour to costumers and your hidden conditions over your warranty and let costumers be aware of those cheats you make them. I strong condemn your after sales service and harsh behaviour to costumers and i hope all my manufacturing defects would be covered under your warranty and those false and regressive answers should not be told to costumers to make fool of them to your manufacturing defects. Gave my car for service on 21 august but they have refused to return the car and no proper reason has been provided to stop the car with them and all the loss i am suffering the company would be responsible for it kindly resolve my issue as early as possible
