I had purchased a new Honda Amaze Car on 18.11.2015 from dealer Ring Road Honda, Moti Nagar, New Delhi.
The paint of car is defective and as admitted by paint expert of dealer and Honda Company during inspection, the defect is a manufacturing defect and not impact of external force or man made defect.
The company neither replacing its defected car nor refunding my money.
There is no communication from dealer and/or company. It seems company is not interested in solving consumer grievances after selling its product.
