Honda Cars India Ltd. — deficiency in service | |||
The most insensitive and casual customer service team i have ever seen in corporate world is honda cars customer service team. No concern and responsibility towards customer seems to be your motto. Their authorized dealer solitaire honda in mumbai bumps my car when it's in his custody and goes mute. Even after escalating the same to their customer service team there is no visible action. Have marked their md in cc of my mail and still not getting any update from last 3 days. From last 12 days my car is with their dealer and i am suffering for no fault of mine. Very bad customer service. The worst part is that none of their employee coming forward and taking any responsibility complaint number 1-[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
