I own a honda car of jk02 bl5196, which is near about 2 years old, i got it serviced last month and paid around 17000 dehradun admire honda service station, i met with an accident due to steering failure it happened on 13/8/17. Its a new well serviced vehicle how is it possible that a new car has a steering failure. I have broken my hand and the person with me is severely injured. So i have decided i'll be going to the consumer court or if you could look into the matter that how this mishap took place. Already i have complaints against this issue but i didn't any reply from your side so if this time i didn't any respond from your side then we will meet in the court.
