Had bought my car to replace my door lock knob at 9:50am was informed that the job will be done and car will be ready by 11:30am. The time is now 1:40pm and i am still left to wait to get my car ready and problem fixed if i had to be informed in advance that it will take longer i wouldn't have waited for hours at the dealership like a fool taking leave from my job and wasting my full day.
Honda service is get worse to worse day by day and customer satisfaction is not zero but below zero.
Will never recommend honda to any one nor will suggest anyone to buy cars from costal honda goa

Sir I m defence person and I purchase Activa 3g in oct2016 bt still they don't give my rc and I purchase a pearl white Activa still it's colour become yellow I totally fed up that product so plz solve my query urgent I too much thankfully of yours Kapil rastogi
