Honda Cars India Ltd. — Honda city defective airbags. Identified after 5 years | |
Grievance against car manufacturer Honda India. I have a Honda city car registration number UK 07 AQ 7333. I purchased it in June 2012. On 2nd March 2017, I received a call from Honda stating that the airbags in my car are faulty and will be replaced free of cost. My grievance is that how can it take 5 years to identify such a critical mistake. And why was I sold a faulty car in the 1st place. If I ever had an accident, the airbags would not have worked and someone could have lost their life or badly injured due to this negligence and carelessness on the part of Honda. I feel just replacing the faulty unit after 5 years is not enough. This demands for a higher compensation as the mistake on the part of Honda could have cost lives. Was this information helpful? | |
