[Resolved] Honda Cars India Ltd. — #HondaCarIndia - Bad Service & Fleecing money | |||
I use Honda Civic car, and around 2 weeks back (11th Oct), I gave it for servicing. While taking the handover of my car, I realized that the direction sticker on the gear lever is missing. It was there when I gave the car for servicing. Since dry cleaning had been done, I though it must have misplaced by the person doing it. I told it to the guy handling my case and he along with few other guys tried to search it in car but couldn’t find it. At that point of time he was sure that the sticker was there when car was given for servicing. He promised to speak to the person who had dry cleaned it next morning and get it sorted out. He told me that that if it’s not found, then they will order it and replace it in 3-4 days. To cut the long story short now they are saying that the direction sticker comes along with the gear lever knob and I need to bear the 50% cost of the part replacement. What should u do is do not take the vehicle back untill the stcker is placed on the spot on the same day when the incident happened.
It is their fault and should rectify on the same day / Regards
