My honda amaze car met an accident in may 2016 and given to pride honda service. they took 50+ days to fix the vehicle and insurance cover around 80k and we paid 17k+. we called numerous times to know about the status of the vehicle and they told lot of vehicles in queue. there is no pre estimation and information of repair they were doing in between. After deliver the vehicle we were going back home and found out vehicle pick up problem and called them next day about the problem. they said wait for a week and call. we don't want to wait for a week since vehicle is not picking up at all. We dropped the vehicle again for service and initially they said will change clutch. now they changed clutch and telling no pick up after it and have to change turbo. this two major changes costing around 40k. since it's not our fault either your company or insurance has to cover. this is completely your mistake not verifying vehicle before delivering it customer. I would appreciate if you follow up on this issue and resolve quickly. we are out of vehicle more than 2 months and you speedy response will help us.
