Honda Cars India Ltd. — lack of mileage

Hello sir
I have purchased honda city v petrol a month back and we are extremely disappointed by the cars fuel efficiency. The company claims 13 km /l whereas it'd only gives 6.8 km /l. The digital analog in the car itself shows that it gives 6.8 kml in city and 8.3 in highways. We thought this problem will be solved after first service but the condition of the car remained to be the same. I kindly request you to clear the issues immediately or refund my money back.
