Honda Cars India Ltd. — Non fulfillment of commitments | |||
Dear Sir I Shivani Salwan, Ludhiana purchase one Amaze Honda car Registration No PB 10 FE 9117 from Vidhata Honda AKC Motors, Ludhiana, Punjab in the month of June 2015. They were giving us false commitment before sale of car that they will provide us accessories like seat cover, matts etc., but in-spite of our numbers of reminders and even two services of car has already been done, no one is ready to provide the said accessories even after completion of one and half months, we are getting very poor services from their end and we have very bitter experience of after sales services of honda car. Original seats along with floor mats are also getting spoiled. If Honda provides this kind of services to customers, then I have to think 10 times before recommending anybody to purchase Honda car.
