Sir/madam, I have purchased an honda activa-i from sri vaishnaoi automobiles (India) pvt ltd from kondapur showroom at hyderabad on[protected]. Invoice no. Ap01001117v05971 Ref no. Vehinv-ap[protected] Receipt no.80932 Payment receipt no. Ap[protected] The instructions manual with free service coupons and the warranty certificate and extended warranty certificate were not given to me at the time of purchase stating that there was no stock of books. Damaged stepney tyre and one fornt tyre. car running in 10000 km and the tyres are damaged. I complained several times and the company could not response. I requested to change my car's damaged tyres.
