Sir,
1. I am a serving Army Officer. On 03 Jul 2015 my vehicle City VMT KL35-6323 was admitted in Peninsular Honda, Kochi (Cochin) due to hard reverse gear engagement.
2. Till date (15 Jul 2015 ) the Car is not repaired. I am incurring an expenditure of avg 500 Rs per day to commute between residence and office. Even after complaining to the help line [protected] and speaking to them on four occasions all they could do was to allot a complaint No 1-[protected]. As per the information received on 15 Jul 2015, they are waiting for two parts to come from Noida and they have no idea as to when will they receive the items. Shockingly now they are saying that they can't give a date for putting the Car on road .Treating a customer with such disdain is unimaginable. Under the circumstances i have been advised by all my friends to go to consumer court as the Car was purchased only on 17 Feb 2015 and under warranty.I was told that no spares are kept in Kerala and it has to come from Noida.Moreover, if the repair can't be carried out, they will keep changing the parts and will not replace the gear Box assembly as intimated by the service centre.
