Honda Cars India Ltd. — Not replying to the mails and taking action against dealer | |||||
My amaze met with a accident.Took the car to dealer: Delight Honda on 21st Dec. They told us that they will inform once the survey is done. On 24th Dec the survey got approved and they told us that I will get my car by 5th Jan.The initial estimation they told was 8 to 10, 000. on 3rd Jan I got a call stating that when they were testing the vehicle, some oil leakage was happening near Gear box, and they informed me that the estimation might get increased to 15, 000. I told them to write me a mail stating the parts which they changed and also the estimation.They told me they can't do this. It was around 10 days and they told me they are not able to get a part as its a rare part and has to be shipped from Bangalore. Meanwhile I wrote a mail to Honda customer care. After a month long wait and running after Honda and their dealership company. They informed me that my car is ready and I need to pay 37, 000. Suddenly at the end how can they make a bill of 37, 000 and despite of me asking several times why they didn't inform me regarding this. This is pathetic and I saw not expecting this from Honda.
