Honda Cars India Ltd. — Paint spillage on my honda city when given for service | |||
I gave my honda city for service with capital honda, meenambakkam, chennai on 12.07.2017. Car was picked up by honda's driver at 7.15 am but was delivered only around 9.15 pm after my repeated calls. When i saw the car on 13th morning, i could notice grey paint spillage in the front left side (Above wheel) and complained to the customer care officer. As there was no proper response i took the vehicle and showed to him at the service center. He vehemently rejected my claim and said that this would not have happened at the service center. I told him this might have happened when the vehicle was in possession of the driver but he said honda is not responsible. I am owning honda for the past 10 years and this is my second vehicle. I tried to convince him saying i need not take up this issue if it did not happened after i handed over the car to the driver, but he was not believing. I thought its not worth talking and convincing and came back. I am sure that the rectification work is not going to cost much as its a small area that got affected, but the way in which he did not believe the customer was shocking. Hope honda will take appropriate steps to attend to this. Was this information helpful? | |||
