Honda Cars India Ltd. — poor after sales service | |||
i have got my first service done by Abhikaran Honda Bhopal on[protected], I bought my car on 30March15, unethical behaviour was seen by the team members may be because of paid service, car was taken for service but was given in same condition without opening the bonnet neither serviced nor cleaned, and treated unwell by the assistant manager and the team when the problem was traced. Unexpected service was seen by a big brand Honda. I got my complaint registered a week before but yet not resolved, i think i have done a mistake buying a brand Honda for the fist time also Bhopal seriously requires another franchisee of Honda.
