Honda Cars India Ltd. — poor follow up (wb02 ag5686) | |
I have sent my car to eastern honda service centre (Kolkata) on 05th sep 17. The same day, an advisor called me to state that they will log the case to my insurance company the next day. Today is 11/09. I have neither had any further calls from them nor have any update if the case has been logged to my insurance company. I called them yesterday. Receptionist gave me the number for the body shop manager. Called him up and he gave me a number for another lady. Called her up and after several try she responded but to give another number to follow up. Called up this person a few times but he did not respond, neither has he called back.
