Honda Cars India Ltd. — poor response by M/s Spectrum Honda, Guwahati on booking slot for second free service

I had purchased a Honda Amaze petrol vehicle in Feb '15 from your Guwahati dealer M/s Spectrum Honda ( M/s Ghosh Brothers). Yesterday, 15/07/15, I had booked a slot for the second free servicing of my car with registration no. AS01BQ 5657. I was concerned as the date for the service was past and I could somehow arrange time for the servicing on Friday, 17/07/15. The girl on the phone (no. [protected]) confirmed the booking and clearly told me that I am no 01 on the list and should arrive before 9.00 am on friday. Surprisingly, when I called today in the morning to confirm I was told that my vehicle was not on fridays list. After much prodding the girl (I do not know her name) said she would call back. She did call back but to my utter disappointment informed me that my vehicle was booked for next friday ie on 24th. I am absolutely convinced that this is an attempt by the dealers officials to cover up some persons incompetence. Please be informed that the vehicle is registered in my wife's name Dr Mousumi Borah.
