Honda Cars India Ltd. — Poor response from company | |||||
I am a customer of honda cars since 5 years. Recently on 30th of september I met with a small accident on road from my honda amaze. Next day I went to the showroom Abhikaran honda bhopal to claim the insurance and estimate of the damage. the person dealing was Mr. Pandey, he was not at all co-operative with us and gave us poor verbal arguements. After the estimate was made, he assured us that the bill will not exceed 15, 000 and if it does, we will inform you, but after 15 days the company gave us a bill amount of 48, 000. No one in the company gives a good response to the customer and also, never pick up the phone. whenever we call, the concerned person is on holiday and we have to go all the way to showroom to consult for everything. This is an insult for honda cars India to keep such people on duty who don't give appropriate response to the customer.
