Honda Cars India Ltd. — Poor Service Standard at Pinnacle Honda, Asansol | |||
I had given my car (Honda City) for servicing and repair. Was shocked to see the car being returned without any wash and cleaning. Had to push the manager to take the car back and return the car after basic wash the next day. The next day after delivery while driving the car i found the rear view mirror lock gone free. The lock broken due to mishandling by the staff. It was not found morally correct on the part of the staff to inform me about the mishap. Having availed the services of honda for fifth year in running and across the country now, this is the first unpleasant experience and really taken aback considering the high standard of customer care found elsewhere in the country and beyond.
