Dear sir/madam i have lot of service problems in balaji honda vellore. No body not telling properly. My car honda amaze front side left door mirror not moving properly from Dec 2015. When i was taken my vehicle after 3 months onwards this problem. I am telling every service but service people's not entered any documents but your employer umaz knows that. Umaz also told your manager side few months before. Now i met new manager mr mahesh. He told me i solve your problem within 2 years means ok. I also accept his word and i am came for service today but now he told not possible to solve this problem because your vehicle above 57000 running so not possible warranty. Why given wrong commitment and why waste my time. Why your employer not maintaining truthnesss and customer. Your vellore balaji honda not given proper response to me. Blindly told one more employee that side had accident that is the reason not working. Manager also searching but not find anything. First give respect customer and guide me properly.
