Honda Cars India Ltd. — sd/navigation card (new honda city v 2017) | |||
I purchased a new honda city v from heritage honda agra, uttar pradesh which was delivered to me through home delivery by the driver allahanoor on 11th may 2017. At that time he had not given me any information or details regarding the car accessory except tool kit, jack and stepney (Customer relationship form in the welcome docket has also not been properly filled and signed by the sales consultant ritu singh may be due to home delivery. I am giving all this information because i was not informed about any accessory that was supposed to be given along with car delivery) At the time of 2nd service on 31.8.17 we had availed the pick and drop service from the company service center by the driver kishan singh who informed me that the sd/navigation card was not present in its socket in the car. It was only then that i got to know that sd/navigation card was supposed to be given along with the car. Then at the same time i mentioned about it on the job card. Same day evening i received a call from the dealer sales consultant named ritu singh who said that she could not find the card in any of her drawers and said that you have misplaced it at your end and it is very costly. After long discussion with ritu singh i logged the complaint on your 121 service on 5-09-17. They gave the complaint number 1-[protected]. Suddenly when i was looking at the papers i came across the manual service repair form no. 1177 dated 20-6-17 (I. E. Car 1st service job card) on which it was mentioned in the column inventory remarks with accessory details if any "card not found". It means that the sd/navigation card was not present even at the time of 1st service. 2-3 days after 5-9-17 dealer service department called and said that this complaint does not belong to my service department. I agreed and said yes, it belongs to sales department only because they had not given me the sd/navigation card at the time of car delivery. They told me that whenever i receive any call from customer care i should tell them the same. Again after a day i received a call from customer care asking if my problem was resolved or not. I informed them that my problem has not been resolved because it was not the matter of service department but the sales department. Customer care assured me that i will receive a call within 24 hours. But i have not received any call from their side till date. After that i again called them, my call was received by your customer care executive mr. Raj who made a conference call to the dealer. The dealer straight forwardly said that the card is not with them and will forward my complaint to the higher authorities. Now my only concern is that as a new customer when i am not even aware of the accessories to be given along with the new car the driver should have given all the information when handing over the car to me at the time of delivery. This is only to inform you that we already own a honda city since 2010 and this was our 2nd car of the same company. Please look into the matter urgently and help me get my sd/navigation card from the dealer/company.
