Hi, I gave my honda jazz for service in jan 2017 at sundaram honda, chennai. The car was in perfect shape. Dealer called me and said there is a manufacturing defect in the airbag and will be replaced free of cost. Meanwhile, they also asked me to give the car for service. The service advisor name is gopal. The service was so terrible that there is huge cabin noise after that and i understand that the clutch is tampered with after service. The audio system gives jarring noise, am getting smell from ac vent even when the vent is closed etc.. I am really irate on this issue and want to take this matter to higher authorities if not given a proper response. I have spoken to people in sundaram honda after that and provided this feedback, but it seems they don't respect their customers. I want a free service to set right all these issues and also warn/reprimand the service advisor for the careless work he has done. Pls. Respond and set right this issue.
