The caska avn system was installed in my honda mobilio car at the ace honda showroom in noida in 2014. The system has hanged about a month back and i have been running from pillar to post trying to get the problem rectified. The customer care number available online, as well as given to me by the honda dealer does not work. We paid a huge premium in getting the caska avn system installed at the honda showroom at the time of purchasing the car; only in order to ensure service and unaffected warranty. Yet honda seems to have no coordination with your company to service the system. The dealers simply washed their hands off saying the 'system is out of warranty'.in spite of repeatedly telling them that we would pay the necessary charges, they were not able to do the needful. After several calls and multiple visits, some service centre numbers as well as the number of a service engineer was given to us and each of those centres refused to service the system because 'they were located far away from my residence'. The service engineer too said to get in touch with customer care!!! I am amazed that a so called premium product is sold by honda and there is no service provided. I request you to kindly revert to me and provide service for my caska avn system, Was this information helpful? | |||
