I gave my civic (Dl 7c f 8327) for general service last sunday, i. E. 29/10/2017. I got the delivery in evening and came back home. Next day while going somewhere in evening, i took my car and observed that left passenger window was not functioning with the main switch on passenger side and also from left door. Both switches all of a sudden stopped working. The problem did not persist before they took car for service and it is only after service the problem surfaced.
I immediately called up the dealership and registered a complaint and they asked me to come on sunday. First i said why not saturday, they said it's closed on account of festival. However the service centre was open and no one informed me to come on saturday. On sunday, i went at 2.30 and they said come at 4.30. I went accordingly and they after 1 hour said to come on next saturday and we will diagnose and tell you the cost.
I told them why should i bear the cost when the problem was not there before service but immediately after service. I got a very inappropriate response from service advisor and service manager and they said it's not our fault you will be liable and we can't help you.
I am a regular customer and always get my car serviced from this dealership and referred 3-4 customers as well.
I am really disappointed with the response and behavior showed to me and that they are not at all responsible.
Also the alignment was not at all upto the mark
