Honda Cars India Ltd. — Taking customer for granted | |||
I had recent booked one top model of Brio from Eastern Honda, Kolkata. After taking the bokking amount of rs 1 lac, after about 15 days on inquiry regarding delivery of the vehicle I am shocked to hear that the Company has stopped making the model which has been booked and instead I am told that you take another model. When we insist to return our money back, I get a call from some senior person apologizing for the same and telling us that as the delivery was getting delayed thats why their salesman lied to us. Anyway because of commitment of the senior person we didnt take the money back and paid the full amount. But again even after making the full payment I am not able to use the car and it is more than a month and car is still not registered and more importantly the dealer is least bothered. Even registered a complaint with Honda on its toll free number didnt help as they again reverted back to Dealer without even bothering to find out whether our matter is sorted out or not. taking customers for a ride, selling cars making false promises. Have asked for my money back. Please think twice before buying honda cars going by my experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
