Honda Cars India Ltd. — Transparency in dealing and after sale service | |||
I advise having purchased a honda city cvt (V) from ring road honda, janpath on 14th may, 2017 and my feedback/grievance is as under : - The discount/deal offered by the agency is not transparent. E. G. Corporate discount of rs.8, 000/- was offered. Check yet to be given. Account team - very poor - atlest 5-6 times quotation was given with number of mistkaes. Seat cover of rs.7, 000 odd with a print price of company. No bill no clear rate was given. For that rs.8, 000/- was charged. There was a problem with a head lights - when deficiency was pointed out that was exchanged with the other parked vehicle Most important - when the seat cover was fitted - a dent was observed on the bonnet that was brought their knowledge. The general manager mr. Dahiya promised that at this hour nothing can be done. However, at the time of service, this will be rectified. The service people could not clear that dent and advised to go to body shop. Now mr. Dahiya and his team is not owning this liability and flatly refused to do anything.
