Dear Sir, This mail is in regard to say that, we have purchased New Honda City - i-Dtec VX Model in APRIL 2014 (VIN No: MAKGM85BDEN003569) But as we are and the whole country is in believe that once a customer purchases a Honda Car then he/she doesnot look after the Quality related problems. As we would like to also inform you that in India only we can see the all generations of the Honda City running with no defects. But now the issue is, that my Honda City (ODO METER - 7152 kms) had a tyre burst in idle condition. See the attached file. We have contacted with the delear (M/s Pink City Honda, Alwar) for the same problem, and he had denied to register the problem under warranty and replied to us that only the Tyre Manufacturer will study the problem. My Car has all the Tyres of GOODYEAR MAKE. I would also add that, I am the Ex- Honda Employee, worked from[protected] in Quality Engineering deptt. Complaint of this problem has already been registered with your Helpline site, Complaint No: 1-[protected] My concern is that, what if the car was not in the idle condition may be it was in running at a speed 100 km/hr, then who would be responsible for the accidental loss of the life...????????
