Sir, this is to bring to your notice that the quality odf service at the above centre is substandard. I hace a 2005 honda crv and i had sent it for servicing since there was a lot of noise in the cabin at the rear of the car. The service centre gave me a bill of rs 1.60 lakh for the parts to be changed. I have paid the full amount but nothing has changed in the car. The car was kept in the store for two full months to rectify. The cheif mechanic has not even checked the car before they called me for test drive. The sound remains the same. They have scrtached my car on the right side and have not offered an apology.
I feel extreemly cheated and will never ever recommend a honda car in india as i dont think you train your staff to handel the car complaints. They know nothing other tahn replacing the part at high cost which are not relevant to the compalint.
Mr john from the service centre was the perso incharge of taking acre of the service but has not done any thing other than taking my money.
