Honda Cars India Ltd. — Worst car services provided by deccan honda | |||
Complaint 1 :- I have purchased vehicle in march 2015 from deccan I have done servicing 6 times from honda in last year. Always has some or other difficulties in dealing this time everything Goes beyond my expectations, i renewed my insurance from deccan Honda and deccan team paid my insurance to some other company because of which after trying to process claim i have go through lot of pain and agony. I paid 2 times for my same policy, and still not received my funds. Complaint 2:- I have scheduled for an appointment at 9.30 on 21st april 2015, i reached sharp at 9.25 am parked my car, checked with security guard and he said go and have seat as this is appointment is booked properly he checked my name. After that i get inside and waited till 10.05 am but nobody came to me and asked for any assistance. After that i came out and asked one of service adviser for my car. He then directed me towards your service reception. I informed them about my cars servicing then they initiated a process for servicing. Then comes service adviser inspected my car and asked me for any issues, as i was having doubts about some engine noise on 5th gear and on speed of 80 km/hour, he took me to highway to inspect it properly. There are some issues for painting on my car i requested for adviser and mr. Parvez with mr. Jilani (Sorry if i have not pronounced his name correctly) till time everything get resolved clock shows time as 11.45 am. I informed your adviser 3 times that if you are sure about confirmed date for my car's delivery then and then inform me otherwise i am fine if you keep car at your service station for extra one day. After 2 days i received a call from mr parvez that your car is ready and you can pick tomorrow thursday 23rd at 12.00 noon, i requested him that 12.00 will be pretty late for me as i have to go to office at 10.00 am (Office timings are 10.30 to 7.30) i requested him to drop a car but he insisted me that there is shortage of drivers. I requested him and he agreed that he will deliver car at 9.30 am. On thursday i tried to reach both at 9.30 am but both of them are out of coverage area. Then i have contacted one of sales guys and checked services section and informed me that everybody will be in office by 9.45 am. I came to your office at 10.00 am and asked them about delivery of my car and to my surprise i came to know that mr. Parvez who us going to deliver my car was not in office, your sales reception contacted him and he said he will be coming office little late and asked me to wait for another 20-30 mins. Which was not possible for me as i have to reach office. I asked him again to deliver my car at my place but again they denied it and as clock was showing 10.30 i ask them that its fine with me if you wont deliver car today keep it with you. I will take it whenever it will be possible. I decided to leave your office at 10.45 am. Then i received call from mr. Jilani that come and pick a car after insisting and arguing with him he then decided to deliver a car at requested location but then came issue of payment. Which i asked him that i can make payment using cc or debit card, after checking with your finance he agreed to deliver a car and also agreed for card payment. I got car delivered at 1.00 or 1.30 pm on thursday after number of debates and discussions. My story does not end here today while checking my car i found there is scratch under the car on front passenger side. Which was never their. It looks like car has been roughed on some stones or some road rubble. I also used 3m coating service this time but i dont see anything coated under the car as per explained by mr. Parvez (Cost of service is 7863). (I might be wrong here as i am not auto expert.) Complaint 3 :- I have small issue which i observed with my car dent and paint. I have ordered for fender painting at passenger side rear wheel, but also looks like painting department has painted rear bumper protector and it has extra paint on it. And now extra paint is coming out and it shows black spot on rear bumper protector. Along with this email i am attaching an image for more clarity. In just years time 4 out of 6 services has issues, even some employees behave very rudely and thrown rate sheet on my face. I am not sure what kind of services honda provides.
