Honda Cars India Ltd. — Worst experience in redeeming honda buddy points | |||
I have purchased Honda City car which is registered with no.TS15EF4927 from Honda Pride, Madhapur, Hyderabad. I have purchased another Honda City car which is registered with No.TS15EL8461 from Honda Pride, Madinaguda. Sales consultant was Naresh. Hence, I have registered for Honda Buddy Loyalty points of 5000. I wanted to redeem these points while servicing the first vehicle. The service people then told me a voucher should be raised before one week for redemption purpose which was not informed to me by the great Sales consultant Naresh. When enquired he told me he will do the same during next servicing. Their Manager Srilatha also promised the same to me and requested me to give 10 out of 10 points while offering feedback. I did the same. But now when I want to redeem the so called Loyalty buddy points and requested them to raise the voucher today 01.06.2017, the two great people are saying that the points are expired yesterday. Ms Srilath says that the sales consultants were informed to communicate the same to their customers which my consultant Naresh has not done. I AM THE LOOSER OF THE 5000 POINTS WORTH RS.5000/-.
