Honda — Digipad audio system touch not working since long

My Honda wr v digipad is not working for 2 years . Initially the voice command stopped working...then the touch panel .I am not able to open the system even touch OK after instructions. Very pathetic experience with Honda WRV digipad . Could not used ...the top model of VX, ...is this infotainment system so costly ?? Honda should replace all Honda wr v systems of initial 1 years models which has faulty systems installed at the time of purchase. u tube says that 85 % systems touch faulty above same problem.
